1. General

1.1 What is personal data

Personal data is information that discloses or can disclose the identity of the user. We adhere to the principle of data avoidance. As far as possible, no personal data is collected.

1.2 Dealing with personal data

Personal data are used exclusively for the establishment of the contract, the content, implementation or execution of the contractual relationship (Art. 6 I b EU GDPR). In addition, personal data will only be processed if we have received your consent to this (Art. 6 I a EU GDPR). In principle, they will not be passed on to third parties. To process payments, the payment data required for this are passed on to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the commissioned and selected payment service provider. 1.3 Data usage
